Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a small $5 card verification fee is processed at the time of booking.
This allows us to securely store your card details.
This amount will be deducted from your final service payment. -
We do not accept bookings from anonymous callers or anyone who refuses to provide basic identification, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients and staff.

We operate a 12-hour notice policy for cancellations or rescheduling on weekdays, and 24-hour notice on weekends.

Late Cancellation & No-Show
• Less than 12 hours notice (24 hours weekends):
→ 50% of the service price will be charged
• Less than 1 hour notice or no-show:
→ 100% of the service price will be charged

Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting the next client.
The full service fee will still apply.

Therapist Availability
If your scheduled therapist becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, another qualified therapist may be assigned.
If we must cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Health Fund Rebate Conditions
Calmtopia now offers health fund rebates for Remedial Massage. HICAPS claims on the spot is available. Please check your cover and gap payment in store with your private health insurance card.
Please note that our remedial massage services are eligible for health fund rebates with participating health funds only. These services are not available for claims under homecare packages.

Arriving for your treatment:

Out of consideration for other clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, your services will be reduced or cancel.

In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request that all mobile phones are switched off or silenced during your visit to our shop.
Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 years of the date of issue.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers purchased online will be received as electronic downloads.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with massage products offers or promotions.

Electronic gift vouchers showing a valid voucher code can be redeemed as a printed voucher or shown on a mobile device.
