Bookings, Cancellations and Rescheduling:

We take 50% deposit when you book an appointment with us to ensure that your booking is secure.

We will not accept any bookings from anonymous callers or any caller who refuses to provide proper identification. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter, as it is our priority to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all.

We operate a 12 hours (24 hours on weekend) notice reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule, you must contact Calm Team directly by phone or email at least 12 hours (24 hours on weekend) prior to your appointment time.

Failing to give a minimum 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, will result in your deposit not be refunded.

Fail to give us 1-hours notice prior to the appointment start time and you will be required to pay 100% of your booked service cost.

If you are late for your appointment then please note that due to time restrictions we may not be able to accommodate the entire duration of your massage. you will be required to pay the original service price.

If a therapist is unable to or not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel/reschedule your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will attempt to contact you by telephone as soon as possible.
Health Fund Rebate Conditions
Calmtopia now offers health fund rebates for Remedial Massage. HICAPS claims on the spot is available. Please check your cover and gap payment in store with your private health insurance card.
Please note that our remedial massage services are eligible for health fund rebates with participating health funds only. These services are not available for claims under homecare packages.

Arriving for your treatment:

Out of consideration for other clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, your services will be reduced or cancel.

In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request that all mobile phones are switched off or silenced during your visit to our shop.
Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 years of the date of issue.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers purchased online will be received as electronic downloads.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with massage products offers or promotions.

Electronic gift vouchers showing a valid voucher code can be redeemed as a printed voucher or shown on a mobile device.
